Organisationsentwicklung - Ein Instrument zur Bewältigung der Veränderungsprozesse im deutschen Gesundheitswesen
Veränderungen sind Teil unseres Lebens. Wir begegnen ihr fortwährend, ob im privaten oder beruflichem Bereich. Wenn Unternehmen überlebens- und wettbewerbsfähig sein wollen, müssen sie nicht nur auf Veränderungen reagieren, sondern diese auch antizipieren. Die effektive Organisationsentwicklung (OE) sowie Personalentwicklung (PE) versucht mittels systematischer Vorgehensweisen und erprobter Methoden/Techniken, bei der Bewältigung von Veränderungen in Organisationen behilflich zu sein. Aus diesem Grund ist die Organisationsentwicklung in den letzten Jahren zu einer der wichtigsten Formen beim Management von Veränderungen in Organisationen insbesondere Unternehmen avanciert. Das Ziel dieses Artikels ist den Unternehmen und caritativen Einrichtungen im deutschen Gesundheitswesen Werkzeuge zur Bewältigung der zunehmenden Veränderungsprozesse anzubieten. Die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sowie wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen stoßen im deutschen Gesundheitswesen eine Vielzahl notwendiger Veränderungen an. Beispielhaft seien hier die jüngsten Entwicklungen im Bereich der Krankenhausfinanzierung, der Pflegepersonaluntergrenzen, das Pflegebudget, die Reform der Notfallversorgung und die Vielzahl an Verordnungen, im Rahmen der Corona Pandemie, genannt. Um diese von extern geforderten Veränderungen (siehe Abb. 1) für die Einrichtungen und ihre Mitarbeiter konstruktiv zu realisieren, stellt die OE eine wirksame Vorgehensweise von Instrumentarien zur Verfügung.
