OUTSOURCING IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: CURRENT STATE
Types of outsourcing available in the modern practice of enterprises are considered. Forms of outsourcing operations are described, depending on the outsourcing company's participation in the economic activity of the customer enterprise. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Ukrainian outsourcing companies was conducted. A study was done of what business processes are transmitted by client companies to outsourcers, how long customers use the services of the staff involved, what effects they reach. The main advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in human resource management were examined. An increased competitiveness of a customer in the market was proved to result from using the services of outsourcing companies.
