Paradoxes of Poverty in Russia in Conditions of Growth of Highly Profitable Sectors of Economy

The paper presents the problems arising in connection with the development of highly profitable industries in Russia.. Temporary dependences of a share poor people have been obtained taking into account the subsistence level and growth rates of natural monopolies. It is shown that their growth doesn't lead to the decrease of poverty level followed byan economic inequality. Expert opinions on the level poverty effect on availability of education, medicine, balanced nutrition, housing and recreation were considered.
