Partnerselektionslogiken im Innovationsprozess: Empirische Befunde zur Bedeutung von sozio-materiellen Handlungskontexten für die praktischen Konstitution von informellen Konsultationsnetzwerken in F&E
Ob und welche Kompetenzträger informell in Innovationsprojekte eingebunden werden, ist von zentraler Bedeutung für deren Entwicklung. Zu verstehen, wie solche Interaktionen zustande kommen, ermöglicht daher sowohl ein umfassenderes Verstehen von Entwicklungen in der frühen Phase des Innovationsprozesses als auch ihre gezielte Förderung. Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage wurden vor allem das Beziehungsgeflecht von Akteuren und ihre soziokulturelle Ähnlichkeit herangezogen, wohingegen die Bedeutung konkreter Handlungskontexte bisher kaum systematisch berücksichtigt wurde. Ausgehend von Konzeptionellen Überlegungen zur Situiertheit von Akteuren werden diese im Rahmen der Untersuchung in den Blick genommen. Empirisch werden dazu die entsprechenden Praktiken in der Forschungsabteilung eines Chemieunternehmens mithilfe einer Kombination aus Tagebuchverfahren und Fokussierten Interviews untersucht.
