Pt.Prima Indah Saniton Medan is active in distribution and selling various brands of ceramics such are granite, asia tile an other brands. In operational activities, company needs an equipment/method that is usefull to measure the investment result/the return value which is produced by each goods in the company, that able to support the leader to take a decision. Matter that is faced by company in determining the return value of goods’ stock is difficult to know the return value of each stock of company, which is affecting the company become unable to take the right decision to postpone the investment of goods stock or adding the quantity of incoming goods.As the result achieved from this research is Pt.Prima Indah saniton Medan need to implement the GMROI method in determining the return value of goods stock so that company easier in taking the decision to postpone the investment of goods stock or adding the quantity of incoming goods.
