The hypotesis of the study is that the human resources quality, working Motivation and organizational commitment have effect on the performance of the Regencial financial and wealth management department of central aceh either Simultaneously or partially. The object of the study included the regencial financial And wealth management department of central aceh.The data were collected by disseminating the questionnaire to all the officials Of 93 sets and all the completed questionnaire returned completely. The data were Then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression statistic test using spss program. The result of the study showed that human resources quality, working motivation and Organizational commitment have effect on the performance of the regencial Financial and wealth management department of central aceh simultaneously, However, partially, only the human resources quality that has significant effect on the Regencial financial and wealth management department of central aceh.
