Pengaruh Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Dan Price Earning Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The aim of this research is to find out the empirical evidence concerning the influence of financial ratio in the manufacturing company which represented by ROA, ROE, and PER in term of stock price manufacturing company in Indonesian Stock Exchange.The population of this research is all of the manufacturing companies which are registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2006 until the year 2009 amount 181 companies. Sample obtained by using purposive sampling. The sample size is 117 companies. Data collecting done by taking the documentation financial statement from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and download Indonesian Stock Exchange web page in www.idx.co.id and http://finance.yahoo.com. Data processing by using Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS.This research result prove that variable ROA, ROE and PER simultaneously influence on to stock price manufacturing company significantly, and partially variable ROA, ROE and PER influence on stock price manufacturing company in Indonesian Stock Exchange significantly.
