It is acknowledged that available an organization in whatever existence either in large or small scale should be concerned with the human resources, means in a highly productivity with human resources is absolutely and possible to achieve the goals as targeted. There are many factors influencing in gaining a highly productivity such as enthusiasm and discipline in work, education level, skillful, nutrition and health, also behavior and ethics, motivation, working climate, technology, production facilities, chance to serve and chance for performance. In order to achieve a highly productivity, the management of organization have to regard the spirit and discipline to work. The main point to this study are in what far the effect of working enthusiasm and their discipline to affect their working productivity as employee who serve on Akademi Parawisata Medan, in what far the influence of leadership and organization climate on the spirit to work as employee on the organization. The hypothesis to this study such as the working spirit and discipline is influencing to their working productivity on the organization and the leadership and working climate influencing to their enthusiasm to work on the organization. The theories adopted to this research perhaps those matters relating with the enthusiasm, discipline and working productivity. In addition, there is also some theories relating with the leadership and working climate on organization. The research has been executed with census approach, namely a research taking sample from all population and distribute them a questionnaire as media to collect the primary data, one important thing is also to gather the data relating with the factors connecting to the variable of research in general, also use the statistic method. Fortunately, the statistic method used to analyze the data is with a multiple linear regression technique. This study completed with quantitative descriptive as explanatory method. According to the result of hypothesis obtained the regression coefficient rate of Y = 4.906 + 0.524X2 + 0.203X2 with R2 as 0.914 and the simultaneously test is significantly of Fcount of 206.929, tcount of 10.994 and tcount (X1) of 10.994 and tcount (X2) is 3.731, from the result of first hypothesis at the second test of second hypothesis regression coefficient rate of Y = -8.856 + 1.096X1 + 1.194X2 with R2 as 0.868 and the simultaneously test is significantly of Fcount of 127.964, tcount (X1) of 4.290 and tcount (X2) of 6.281. In the point of critical value F table 3.27 and t table 2.042, so that on F critical rate 95% the conclusion is receive Ha and reject Ho. In reference to the critical value of Ftable 3.27 and ttable 2.042 so that on a critical rate 95% the conclusion is to reject the Ho rate and receive Ha. Refers to the result of study is concluded that their enthusiasm and working discipline, either to have it jointly or separately is influencing significantly to the improvement of working productivity on the organization. In way to get a highly spirit to work is required a well and reliable leadership and working climate is supporting highly.
