Syahyunan, M.SiThe Company requires substantial funds to run its operations activities, both for financing working capital or for expansion. Funding needs can be fullfilled by issuing stocks and bonds. Yield to Maturity is the rate of return will be received by investor on a bond purchased at the current market price and held to maturity. If the yield to maturity of a bond is higher than the considered appropriate, the bond is called undervalue and is a candidate for purchase. Conversely, if the yield to maturity lower than what is considered appropriate, the bond is called overvalued and is a candidate for sale. Research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of interest rates, firm size, growth, and the debt ratio to the yield to maturity of conventional corporate bonds.Theories used in this research are the theories related to the theory of investment and portofolio management, primarily concerning bond valuation.The population in this study is the conventional corporate bonds outstanding and issued by companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2009-2010, amounting to 90 bonds. Population target to be sample in this study are determined based on the criteria. Based on these criteria, then gained 34 of conventional corporate bonds which became the population target. The entire population target to be sampled in this study. Data analysis methods used multiple linear regression.The results of this research showed that interest rates have a positive and significant effect on yield to maturity of bonds, firm size have a negative and significant effect on the yield to maturity of bonds, while the company's growth and debt ratios have not significant effect on yield to maturity.
