Perception of Nursing Students on Effectiveness of Training-A Case Study on Red Cross Hospital, Silchar

The world where the quality of health care provided by the nursing professionals is falling day-by day, clinical training seems to be the only way to improve the skills, abilities, and knowledge of the nurses. The nursing profession is a practice-oriented discipline where clinical training plays a significant role in helping nurses to deliver quality services to the population. The purpose of the research work explained in this paper to understand the student nurse's perception of the training effectiveness. The research work is conducted at Red Cross Hospital, Silchar on receiving permission to collect data from the student nurses. The total population of 56 student nurses is covered in the research work. The research is carried out with the help of a structured questionnaire and conclusions are drawn based on primary data collected from the hospital.
