Performance Management Design in Business Networks

This cross-section study contains the testing of a cause-and-effect model which is likewise based on the visualised conception of the value added realisation. In the context of a structural equation model 27 hypotheses have been tested; preliminary 23 of them could be proven. Thereby, a conformative approach is used for empirical verification of the conceptualisation. This is the first large-scaled empirical network research project.
