Power Theory of Exchange and Money

"What is measured by the amount of money?" this question is applicable to all kinds of money at all times. The answer can be the key to understanding money. The article offers an answer to this question. The paper considers the phenomenon of simple exchange and formulates the general exchange problem in the form of a system of equations. Subjective equilibrium is given by the Jevons equation. The question of objective balance is investigated. The concept of generalized power is introduced, and it is shown that it is generalized power that serves as the primary comparable and measurable objective basis of exchange. The power theory of exchange is deduced and it provides the second equation. It is demonstrated that money is a measure of generalized power in exchange and a certification of generalized power in subsequent exchanges
