Procedures and Criteria of Employees as Components of Lifelong Education System
Lifelong learning is a concept with a goal to increase an adaptation level of a person towards the changing conditions of social environment. It had its own impulse after applying to personnel of modern organizations. Additional development of criteria and procedures was made in this field. Moreover, a lifelong learning model of growth of personnel professional characteristics was developed based on all potential participants of these processes in organization.
