Prognosen für den Schweizer Tourismus. Ausgabe Mai 2016
Wenig Schnee, ein starker Franken sowie globale wirtschaftliche und politische Unsicherheiten wirken sich dämpfend auf die Tourismusnachfrage in der Schweiz aus. Die Zahl der Übernachtungen ist in der Wintersaison entsprechend gesunken. Insbesondere die Auslandsnachfrage war schwach. Für die Sommersaison erwartet die KOF eine positivere Entwicklung. Das Wachstum der Logiernächte dürfte 1.4% betragen. Gemäss KOF setzt sich die Verschiebung weg vom Alpen- zum Städtetourismus fort.
