Promotion of innovations of russian universities: approaches and strategies
This article deals with the problem of development of innovations by institutions of higher education. The paper points out that institutions engaged in innovation activities, as a rule, cannot independently carry out the whole cycle of innovation project because of lack of knowledge and skills to promote innovation.
