Properties of Macroeconomic Models of the Uk Economy: A Comparative Study
This article describes a variety of simulations carried out with the three major macroeconomic quarterly forecasting models of the UK currently in operation—those of the Treasury, the London Business School and the National Institute. The simulations cover both fixed and floating exchange rate regimes.
