Public Policy for Cloud TV

We are in the midst of the emergence of a new video media system, based on large-scale and global cloud providers. This system challenges traditional regulatory policy in the media field. The paper analyzes the emerging new policy issues and the persistence of several old issues. This will lead to an analysis of the tools available for government policy in the media sector
