Réflexions sur la nonéquivalence entre politiques migratoires et politiques commerciales.
Sous des conditions bien connues, les gains d'arbitrage du com-merce peuvent être obtenus soit par le commerce des biens (en l'ab-sence de mobilité des facteurs), soit par la mobilité internationale des facteurs (en l'absence de commerce de biens). Il en découle que les résidents d'un pays devraient être indifférents si ce sont les biens ou les facteurs qui se déplacent internationalement. Dans le contexte du modèle à facteurs spécifiques qui est plus nuancé, ce papier examine quelques unes des circonstances dans lesquelles cette supposée symét-rie dans l'attitude envers mouvement des biens et des facteurs est rompue.
