La contribución de Alasdair MacIntyre al pensamiento jurídico», recoge un análisis detallado, en seis capítulos, de la obra de MacIntyre, filósofo que presenta múltiples facetas, entre las que destacan el estudio del Derecho natural y de la Historia del pensamiento jurídico. Este libro recoge en esencia la tesis doctoral de Ramis Barceló defendida en la Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
