Rating Jobs Against New Values - When Bayer Corp. merged its three U.S. companies into one, it developed a common vision and a new set of values to help bond the workforces together. It then redesigned its job-evaluation system to fit with the new values and goals. The new system is helping managers identify and measure competencies the organization needs for future success.
