Reflexiones sobre el egoísmo psicológico (Ensayo)
En este trabajo presentaré algunas críticas a la teoría del egoísmo psicológico,que señala que todos los motivos que nos mueven a actuar en el fondo respondena intereses personales. La crítica comienza por señalar que no bastacon considerar solo los motivos, sino han de tenerse en cuenta las intencionesy la responsabilidad que el agente manifiesta para poder enjuiciar un actocomo egoísta. Por otra parte, que un acto responda a intereses propios noes consideración suficiente para llamarlo egoísta: mientras que el egoísmoremite a una descalificación moral el interés propio no adolece de esta valoración,por ello es necesario hacer una distinción de estos términos. Conintención de oponerme a esta teoría que señala que en cada uno de nuestrosactos manifestamos motivos egoístas y niega la posibilidad de actuar de maneraaltruista, presento las siguientes líneas.
