REGULATORY POLICY AND MECHANISMS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PERSPECTIVE FIELDS OF ECONOMICS RELATED TO FISH INDUSTRY
The basic approaches to the regulation of promising activities related to fish industry are discussed. The methodological state regulation of aquaculture as a component of fish industry is substantiated. Practical recommendations on the use of mechanisms for the implementation of the regulatory policy as redards aquaculture are given. The following steps are recommended: certification of the fishery process waters that are in use on a rental basis, optimization of the aquaculture lease payment for land use of water resources, separate provision of fish productivity for both commercial fish and planting material. The prospects of forming a state register of fishery water bodies (their parts) are revealed.
