Relationship between Characteristics of the Leader and the Working Group in Colleges in Colombia

New elements in the working groups, such as learning ability, innovative behavior and psychological capital appear as new pillars in the panorama of the theory of resources and capabilities of the firm. This research focuses on the study of the relationship between the performance of the Working Group and its innovative attitude with the group learning capability, the psychological capital of the leader and the team member exchange.From the literature it supports and proposes a model of contrast to the relationships of the variables mentioned, measured with the corresponding scales from impact publications. 507 individuals of 94 working groups of teachers in a large sample of institutions of secondary education in Cali, Colombia, formed the study sample. Using the technique of structural equations we found a high statistical significance in the relationship of psychological capital with all the above factors
