Relevance of continuous professional education for Russian business
The article examines the relevance and quality of additional professional education from the point of view of the immediate-consumers of educational services in business enterprises. On the basis of the survey of 600 companies from six branches of national economy we made the conclusion about lower demand for traditional services about educational institutions and a greater interest in business education, offered in specialized training centers. Often education existence is seen as a way of solving problems, rather than search the capacity. So, the most successful enterprises rarely turn educational services. Perhaps continuing education occurs by them in other forms, for example through mentoring, masterclasses and production meetings. So for the complex assessment of the quality of continuous education is no longer enough lead to woodstoves only licensed by the state forms before presentation of educational services. In contrast, requires the development of general approach to vocational training, involving the multiplicity of perspectives that meet the needs of various interest concerned groups, without total state standardization educational services.
