Remuneration systems, incentives and corporate governance

First of all, it is necessary to discuss the conditions that may enhance the effectiveness of corporate governance and internal controls, and then to find the most appropriate mix of rules, supervision action and enforcement systems to ensure compatibility between individual and corporate objectives and collective interests.
