The paper presents the methodological assumptions of research into organizational crisis management in a tourist enterprise. The subject of research is crisis management in an enterprise from the point of view of organizational learning. Learning processes are paradoxical and complicated. Organizational learning enhances performance in the modern economy because enterprises are able to transform if they learn. Learning results from crises. But productive learning is also important for crisis management.
