Resources for Social Development
Anthony Clunies-Ross argues that there are many possible ways of obtaining and safeguarding resources for social development, and the article considers some that are at risk of being overlooked but are potentially fair and efficient, with some chance of being politically acceptable. For some of these, international agreement will be required. The case for an international organization to further such agreement is mooted.
