Information is critical to the survival and growth of organizations and individuals. The challenge for organizations is to process, manage and enhance the growing body of information and how to convert this information into actions that create value and to sustain the value through innovation and adaptation. The issues of organizational learning (OL), Knowledge Management (KM) and Intellectual Capital (IC) are receiving increasing interest from both academia and enterprise, due to the influence of innovation and learning in achieving a competitive advantage for the company in the New Economy.
