Role of Non Market Capabilities and Strategic Intent Mediated by Strategic Renewal in Order to Enhance Firm Performance

In Business to Business context, role of strategic renewal that can enhance firm competitive advantage is hardly being missed. Especially in facing newborn competitor or technology disruption. This research tries to analyze both Strategic Intent and Non Market Capability as antecendent of strategic renewal. Seeing that in business to business there is a room for non market factor to enhance firm competitive advantage. Previous research already given view that non market capability could enhance this advantage. To make more balanced view of both this non market capability and strategic intent this research will be done in 200 culinary business that involved in this business. And to dig more knowledge whether both non market capabilities and strategic intent had positive contributions to firm competitive advantage in order to face the increasing competitions
