Roles of Leader Effective in Smes Management Under the Global Economic Crisis in Thailand : Evidence of Bangkok
This research aimed to study the correlation between role, behavior, characteristic, style, and efficiency of leader for managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) under the global economic crisis in Thailand, then a leadership role model of SMEs management under the global economic crisis in Thailand would be created. Mixed methods were employed to collect data from key informants as 394 SMEs entrepreneurs with business experiences and successful business management in Bangkok for at least 10 years in the service sector that was growing in a medium-term growth. This research was divided into two phases. The first phase was qualitative research. The in-depth interview was compiled to collect data from 10 key informants, the second phase was quantitative research that questionnaire survey was applied to collect data from 394 respondents. Then, collected data was analyzed by various statistics
