Romanian Immigrant Entrepreneurship : Utopia or Reality? An Overview of Entrepreneurial Manifestations of Romanian Immigrants in Andalusia, Spain

According to the case study research, the authors of this article aim to analyse the entrepreneurial manifestations -- potential and real -- of Romanian immigrants in Andalusia, Spain. In general, their potential entrepreneurial manifestations are poorly expressed and blocked by a lot of perceived obstacles. Some of them refer to the lack of financial sources, bureaucracy, or the legal constraints associated with their immigrant status. However, a more pronounced orientation towards entrepreneurship is manifested by males, younger immigrants, the ones with a higher educational attainment, and the ones who had/have a role model. Concerning the real entrepreneurial manifestations, the opportunity and necessity driven entrepreneurships are approached.
