There are prospective Projects that can provide significant development for the further development of civilization.The first Project introduces a classification of the individual person behavior, on the basis of which the behavior of groups of people (including hierarchically structured ones) is derived. Methods have been developed for behaviors identifying for the class of person’s, talents and geniuses. A classification of social, economic and political institutions has been developed on the basis of a method of teaching “rules and norms of behavior” for new generation. This allows optimizing the behavior of both an individual and social groups. Also, the opportunity appears to manage the formation, optimization, disintegration and replacement of institutions.The Second Project sets the approaches to the development of requirements for the creation of artificial analogs of the brain of biological organisms (artificial neural-synaptic networks for controlling of technical objects). This allows the development of requirements for artificial neural-synaptic networks. It also allows modeling the work of the brain of biological objects, including humans, which in the long term allows creating a non-invasive interface for coordinating of the controlling of complex technical objects with the human brain (with a group of people). Next generation lie detectors and tools for early identification of talents and geniuses will also be developed.The Third Project sets out approaches to the development of models and methods for controlling of Swarms of Drone (up to several hundred samples). The requirements for the element base of drones, for the software of both drones and interfaces for human operators have been developed.The Fourth Project sets approaches to the development of models and methods for controlling Clouds of Drone (with a number of several thousand samples or more)
