Sanktionen im SGB II: Unter dem Existenzminimum
Die Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende (SGB II) soll 'im Rahmen des Arbeitslosengeldes II das soziokulturelle Existenzminimum' gewährleisten - so das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales. Das SGB II sieht aber bei normwidrigem Verhalten auch finanzielle Leistungskürzung oder gar -streichung vor. Für unter 25-Jährige gelten besonders scharfe Regelungen. Sanktionen bedeuten für Hilfebedürftige - zumindest zeitlich begrenzt - ein Leben unter dem soziokulturellen Existenzminimum. Darin liegt die besondere Brisanz von Leistungskürzungen in der Grundsicherung.
