SATISFACTION EVALUATION OF FOOD-AWAY-FROM-HOME CHOICES BY CONSUMERS
This study analyzes consumers'Â’ selection of outlets and brands and their menu choices, including nutritional issues, when they eat out. This study is expected to help understand future demand for various segments of the food-away-from-home (FAFH) market in terms of menus, nutrition, and consumers' economic and socio-ethnic characteristics, among others.
