Selected Research on Insurance Regulatory Reform: A Descriptive Bibliography

Networks Financial Institute at Indiana State University, a national leader in addressing both ongoing and emerging issues impacting the insurance sector, provides this descriptive bibliography which addresses the myriad issues driving insurance regulation and reform. This resource provides more than 100 resources authored by industry thought leaders representing government, trade associations, the insurance industry, media and academia. This online bibliography of scholarly abstracts, research articles, journal publications, commentaries and proposals surveys the state of the insurance industry and will continue to be updated. As such, it is not a static document. The goal of this bibliography is to provide a comprehensive, "one-stop shop" or clearinghouse for resources relevant to insurance regulatory reform.
