SEMELHANÇAS E DIFERENÇAS DAS POLÃTICAS DE TURISMO EM ESTADOS DA AMAZÔNIA BRASILEIRA
Este artigo apresenta resultados parciais da pesquisa sobre a política e planejamento do turismo em dois estados da Amazônia brasileira. Tem como objetivo identificar as semelhanças e diferenças nas políticas para o setor de turismo nos estados do Amazonas e do Pará. Utiliza como referencial analítico o Modelo de Fluxos Múltiplos de Kingdon. Parte de levantamento documental e entrevistas semiestruturadas com os gestores do turismo nos dois estados. Como resultado parcial revela que as alternativas para o desenvolvimento do turismo nesses estados estão materializadas nos planos de turismo Victória Régia e Ver-o-Pará e que os participantes ativos do processo de especificação dessas alternativas estão elencados apenas no plano Ver-o-Pará, sendo que tais alternativas dependem dos fluxos de problemas, de políticas públicas e da política, os quais apresentam características similares nos dois estados. Conclui que a existência de um fator distinto dos demonstrados no Modelo de Fluxos Múltiplos, as orientações e determinações do Ministério do Turismo brasileiro, influencia os fluxos de políticas públicas e da política.
