Sewage Treatment Effect of Aoa-Sbr Under Different C/P and its Mechanism of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal
To solve the actual problem of low C/P value caused by the increase of phosphorus content in sewage, the AOA-SBR was used to carry out experiment on the treatment of different C/P value sewage. The results showed that when the influent C/P value was 40, the best sewage treatment effect was achieved, and the average removal rates of COD, NH 4 + -N, TN, and TP were 89.71%, 99.08%, 79.31%, and 99.22%. The difference of TN and TP removal with different influent C/P values were mainly reflected in the post anoxic period. When the influent C/P value was 40, the relative high abundance of genes carrying nas and nap enhanced the DPR during the anoxic period. When the influent C/P value was low, the DPAOs reached the saturation of phosphorus absorption in the aerobic period, thereby inhibiting their DPR ability. While the influent C/P value was 120, because of the lack of orthophosphate, the system could not perform DPR in the anoxic period. Compared with the original sludge, the AOA-SBR operation mode was beneficial to enriching DPAOs and endogenous DNB, and the higher of the influent C/P value, the better the enrichment effect. Meanwhile, the increase of the influent TP concentration simultaneously inhibited the DPAOs and PAOs in AOA-SBR
