Simulation Des Effets De La Récession Économique Mondiale En Guinée (Simulation of the Effects of the Global Economic Recession in Guinea)
French Abstract: La crise économique mondiale est simulée à travers une modification des prix des produits importés et exportés, des flux d’investissements étrangers, de l’aide publique au développement et des transferts privés internationaux. Quoique l’analyse révèle une faible répercussion de la crise sur la croissance de l’économie guinéenne, ses effets distributifs demeurent importants. En effet, le taux de croissance du PIB projeté en 2009 est légèrement inférieur à celui de la référence, tandis que ceux des périodes de stabilité et de reprise restent légèrement supérieurs à la référence. La réduction des prix consécutive à la récession économique mondiale est favorable au bien-être de la population. Les ménages entrepreneurs enregistrent les plus fortes améliorations de bien- être, suivis de ceux dont la principale source de revenu est peu exposée à l’économie mondiale - producteurs agropastoraux et salariés du secteur public et parapublic. En revanche, la reprise économique est défavorable au bien-être de la population, en particulier aux catégories qui profitaient davantage de la crise
