Sociological Analysis of Contemporary Forms of Social Adaptation of Persons Who are in Difficult Life Situation and Proposals for Social Service

This paper is an applied research of forms of work with people who are in difficult life situations in regions of Russia by public authorities and institutions and NCO. Also opinion of representatives of these excluded groups was studied. Analysis of federal and regional legislation was done and some modifications to the law project "On basis of social service in Russian Federation" were presented.
