In this article the problem of international trade of Polish e-shops were analysed. The first part of this article presents the characteristics of Polish online shops engaged in foreign sales. The focus of this part is on the European Union market. The following chapter introduces most important barriers of the foreign markets expansion, along with vast commentary of the authors.
