There are a lot of arguments not to reduce the contribution rates to the public pension system in the year 2014. Demographic changes in future and a low level of pensions will increase the financial needs for higher expenditures in the public pension system. At the same time the pension system needs a financial reserve in case of an unexpected economic crises.
