Steuerliche Forschungsförderung kann wichtige Impulse für FuE-Aktivitäten liefern

Forschung und Entwicklung von Unternehmen sollen künftig auch in Deutschland steuerlich gefördert werden. Ende Februar 2019 hat das Bundesfinanzministerium erstmals konkrete Vorschläge dazu veröffentlicht. Gibt es die Notwendigkeit einer steuerlichen Förderung von privater Forschung und Entwicklung, und eignet sie sich auch für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen? Oder ist die direkte Projektförderung ein effektiveres Instrument für mehr Innovationen und Wirtschaftswachstum?
