Strategic Alliance Success Factors - Buying firms and their strategic alliance partners responded to a survey asking for their insights into the factors that contributed to the success of the alliance. The results showed that the buyers and suppliers had remarkably similar perspectives about the factors for success and the conditions that define the presence of the success factors
