STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORT SERVICES QUALITY RAILWAYS
It is proved that the existing level of quality of transport services, Railways does not correspond to the General development trends of the industry. The necessity of introduction in practice of activity of Ukrainian Railways basics of strategic quality management of transport services, based on the wide use of the principles of logistics as a strategic element in ensuring the organization of the effective system of customer service. It is established, that today the State administration of railway transport of Ukraine conducts active policy in the sphere of implementation of the logistics management methods in the organization of process of transport services due to the activity of the Ukrainian transport-logistics centre. Analyzed the problems in the activity of the center and found that the range of services and level of service quality is largely did not comply with requirements of provision of transport services as flexibility, accuracy and reliability of delivery. The basic strategic directions of the railways, which will form the basis for the improvement of the quality of transport services.
