Strategische Wettbewerbsvorteile und Wertschöpfungsorganisation –Konzeptionelle Überlegungen und Gestaltungsempfehlungen für zwei- und mehrseitige Dienstleistungsmärkte
Dieser Beitrag versucht, den Zusammenhang zwischen Wertschöpfungsorganisation und Wettbewerbsvorteilen in zwei- und mehrseitigen Dienstleistungsmärkten zu erklären und darauf aufbauend konkrete Gestaltungsempfehlungen abzuleiten. Hierzu werden die ökonomischen Besonderheiten von Dienstleistungen im Allgemeinen und zwei- bzw. mehrseitiger Dienstleistungsmärkte im Besonderen untersucht. Das Herzstück bildet die Analyse der situationsbedingten Wirkung alternativer horizontaler, vertikaler und lateraler Formen der Wertschöpfungsorganisation auf die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Dienstleistungsplattformen in zwei- und mehrseitigen Dienstleistungsmärkten.
