Studies of Migration of Skilled Personnel in Agriculture
The migration of the rural population today exerts a many-sided influence on the reproduction of labor power in the countryside, including skilled rural workers. The specific economic assessment of migration and its consequences depends on the specific situation, place, and time. In regions with a labor surplus it will be different from rural regions with an acute shortage of labor power.
