Study on Implications of Cross Border Trade in it and it Enabled Services (Ites) between India and Pakistan (Initial Research Proposal)

Both India and Pakistan are exporting IT/ITeS/BPO services to USA/EU/UK markets. India has specialized herself as the leading expert in such services exporting services worth of USD 30-35 billion annually. Pakistan with all the necessary demographic and economic factors similar to India lacks far behind with exports only worth USD 150-300 million. Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) attempts to analyse the potential benefits in trading with India in value-added services exported over telecom networks
