System Zarządzania Jakością Według Normy ISO 9001 Jako Szansa Przejścia Organizacji na Wyższy Poziom Zarządzania Jakością
The philosophy of TQM is considered one of the most modern forms of quality management in organizations. Despite the fact that there was nowhere codified implementation of its requirements is the goal and the desire of many companies. TQM, it is based on teamwork skills and policy development organization from a focus on profits and quantities to build on the needs and customer satisfaction. In the literature there is a conviction that the implementation of a standardized quality management system is the first step to implement TQM. The study indicated the nature of the implementation of ISO 9001 in the context of further development of the organization. Based on the survey and analysis highlights the impact of the quality management system implementation for business improvement areas such as meeting customer requirements, the application of quality management instruments that increase employee engagement.
