A tanulmány Roberta Sawatzky előadását foglalja össze, melyet 2019 őszén tartott a „From digital nomads to remote companies - How to became location independent” konferencián Budapesten. Roberta gave an exact definition of remote work and presented a historical overview about it. She listed several concerns in connection with remote work and highlighted the roots of them. To release the concerns, she outlined a possible „recipe” which contains the essential competences to succeed.
