Technical Manpower Resource Generation – A Fiasco
Technical Education in the country has been tuned for a great amount of acceleration and has achieved proportionate targeted level. On the on spring of such rapid progressive action, the concept of quality of education is to be given a great thrust. An evaluation of the situation is an imperative requirement to assess thee fact that whether the out turn from these educational institutions match to the present needs. Real situation is that there is a mismatch between the supply and the demand creating wide gap of Professional unemployment. This can be wiped out by tuning the system and coursed to the needs of manpower from different sectors and with a closer interaction with the institute and industry
